A clear brief and responsibility for delivery

You may need a specific delivery, a package of work or a defined part of a larger project. We agree what is required, when it must be completed and the terms on which we will deliver it.

We then manage the assignment through preparation and execution, including the purchasing, logistics and documentation it requires. You deal with us on the work we have undertaken.

How we deliver

  1. Agree the brief

    We establish what needs to be done, the technical requirements, location and deadline. We also agree our responsibilities and what completion will involve.

  2. Plan the work

    We set out the sequence of activities, the supplies required and the arrangements needed on site.

  3. Prepare to deliver

    We check the availability of materials, equipment and delivery capacity, then work through the details needed to begin.

  4. Manage execution

    We coordinate the work and deliveries, track progress and handle the required documentation. We keep the client informed throughout the assignment.

  5. Complete the assignment

    We remain responsible for delivering the agreed work or goods under the terms of the contract.
